Together with Kate Bailey (OT), Nicky wrote and developed the programme “Moms & Babes Workshops” (part of the Moms & Tots Group). This programme promotes the early intervention and age appropriate stimulation of infants, while simultaneously supporting and educating their mothers and care givers.
Nicky and Kate train their franchisees in the theory of sensory, motor, cognitive, play and emotional development in babies from birth to 12 months. They also teach practical handling skills and stimulation techniques which enhance a baby’s development in the first year of life. This two-day training programme equips franchisees to run their own workshops within their community.

SPOT – on ! Therapy is a multidisciplinary paediatric therapy practice located in Rivonia, Sandton. SPOT is an acronym for Speech, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy disciplines.
The SPOT – on ! Therapy practice was recently established by Nicky Lasch. Nicky has continually pursued her vision of collaborating with equally committed allied medical professionals; and the result is a team of highly qualified and dedicated therapists, who believe in the importance of early intervention as a means of increasing learning potential and overall development in a child’s life.
The Spot-on! Therapy team recognise neurodiversity; and thus their assessment and treatment approach is customised to ensure individual, child-centred and streamlined care.
